WHERE CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We offer flexible returns options, dependent on how you initially shopped with us:
All online purchases, including Click & Collect can either be returned in store or by post.
All in store purchases, including Store to Door can only be returned in person to a Platypus store.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like exchange any unwanted items for another style, colour or size, it is necessary that you do so in store. All exchanges are subject to our Returns Conditions.
Product exchanges are not possible on postal returns, and any items return by post will be refunded to the original payment method.

What if my item is faulty?
Our in-store team can conduct a faulty assessment on the spot, all they need is the product and proof of purchase (such as a bank statement). If a product is found to be faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange based on stock availability.

Is there a cost to return?
Any unwanted items that meet our Returns Conditions, can returned in store, free of charge.
Alternatively, Online Orders including Click Collect, can also be returned by post, at a cost of $10.00 per order. To initiate a postal return, click the “RETURN BY POST” button at the top of your screen. More information on our online returns process can be found here.
