Platypus Kickbacks (Australia) Program – Final Terms and Conditions Update

Effective Date: 10 May 2025

These terms update and supersede any previous Platypus Kickbacks Program terms and conditions.

 
1. Membership

1.1. By continuing to hold a Platypus Kickbacks account, you agree to these updated Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1.2. Membership in the Kickbacks program will automatically transition to membership in our new loyalty program launching 10 July 2025, unless otherwise advised.
1.3. No action is required from existing members to be transitioned into the new program.

 
2. Points Earning and Expiry

2.1. Points earning under the Platypus Kickbacks Program will cease effective 26 May 2025.
2.2. All existing points balances will expire on 26 June 2025. After this date, points will no longer be available or redeemable.
2.3. Customers with a valid points balance as at 12 May 2025 will be issued a $20 voucher on 12 May 2025, valid until 12 June 2025.

 
3. Rewards

3.1. Members with an active Platypus Kickbacks Reward as at 12 May 2025 will receive an additional $10 reward, valid until 12 June 2025.
3.2. All existing Platypus Kickbacks Rewards vouchers must be redeemed by 9 July 2025.
3.3. Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to these final terms.
3.4. Reward use conditions (e.g., minimum spend) will continue to apply during the validity period.

 
4. Accessing Your Account

4.1. Members can access their account to check their points balance, rewards, and vouchers by logging in to their Platypus account here.

 
5. Transition to New Loyalty Program

5.1. Members will be automatically enrolled in the new loyalty program commencing on 10 July 2025.
5.2. Full Terms and Conditions for the new program will be provided prior to the launch date.
5.3. Participation in the new loyalty program will continue to be governed by Platypus Shoes' Privacy Policy  and any new Terms and Conditions issued at that time.

 
6. General

6.1. Platypus Shoes reserves the right to cancel or modify any outstanding Points, Rewards, or Vouchers arising from error, fraud, or misuse.
6.2. Platypus Shoes accepts no liability for lost or misdirected communications relating to the loyalty program.
6.3. Any changes to these final Terms and Conditions will be published on the Platypus Shoes website.
