In order for us to get your kicks to you as quick as possible we often ship multiple items from different locations
You will receive multiple order numbers and tracking numbers but don't stress your kicks are on the way
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been packed and picked up, you'll receive an email from our courier with a tracking number and a link to track its delivery. If you have not received an email with tracking details, it just means we're still packing your order and it's yet to be dispatched from our warehouse or store. If you've received your order shipment email you can track your order here
WHAT IS ATL?
Authority to leave (ATL) is selected by default at the checkout. If this option is left checked, the courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. You agree that the parcel is deemed 'delivered' when left at your premises.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?
You do not need to be home to accept your parcel as our orders are dispatched with Authority to Leave (ATL)* by default.
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier driver will leave your parcel in a safe place.
WHAT IS 4HR DELIVERY?
4-Hour Delivery available is in metro cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and subject to product availability in the local area. Orders must be placed between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm between Monday to Friday for 4-Hour Delivery. This is an expedited service via Direct Couriers shipped from our local store direct to your door. You will receive text notifications and are able to track the drivers location.
WHAT IS NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Next day delivery is available between 2:00pm and 11.59pm for most metro cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and are subject to stock availabilitiy. This is an expedited service via Direct Couriers shipped from our local store direct to your door. You will receive text notifications and are able to track the drivers location.
